Ingredients

  • 1 lb. freshly ground pork sausage
  • 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 20 to 25 large mushrooms (about 2-inches in diameter)
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine

Method

  • Mix together first 4 ingredients.
  • Rounding tops, stuff mixture into washed and stemmed mushroom caps.
  • Place in an 8 x 11-inch shallow baking dish.
  • Add wine to cover bottom.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Garnish mushrooms with fresh parsley and serve.
