Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked diced chicken
- 3-5 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 2 T. oil
- 2 t. curry powder
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. milk
- Salt & pepper
Method
- 1. Saute celery, onion, carrots and apple in oil for 5 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients.
- 2. Spread mix in a lightly oiled 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with additional curry powder.
- 3. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
