Ingredients
- 15 to 18 large mushrooms
- 3 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
Method
- Mix together until cheese is soft to work with.
- Wash and take stems out of mushrooms.
- Chop 4 or 5 of the stems real small and add to cheese.
- Spoon cream cheese into center of mushrooms and serve.
