Ingredients
- 1 loaf unsliced Vienna bread
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 6 to 8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Method
- Melt lemon juice, margarine, poppy seed, dry mustard and chopped onion.
- Mix mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
- Cut bread part way through and stuff mushroom/cheese mixture between.
- Pour melted butter mixture between bread cuts.
- Wrap in foil.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
