Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 cup prepared spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  • Cut each tenderloin in 3 pieces.
  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • Remove meat to a plate.
  • Shred meat using two forks.
  • Return meat to sauce.
  • Serve on toasted hamburger buns, or with rice.
