- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 14 cup prepared spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
- Cut each tenderloin in 3 pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Remove meat to a plate.
- Shred meat using two forks.
- Return meat to sauce.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns, or with rice.
