- 1 chicken, boiled (reserve 1 c. broth)
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- garlic and salt to taste
- hot pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in margarine.
- Add Velveeta cubes until melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and cook in casserole dish 30 minutes at 375° covered.
