Ingredients
- 6 large green bell peppers
- 5 c. boiling water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Method
- Cut thin slice from stem end of pepper; remove all seeds and membranes from each.
- Wash inside and outside.
- Cook the peppers in the boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
