Ingredients

  • 4 cups Wheat Chex
  • 1 cup unsalted whole wheat pretzels
  • 12 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 18 teaspoon ground red pepper

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Line a jelly-roll pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
  • Toss together the cereal, pretzels, and nuts in large bowl and set aside.
  • Place the mustard, honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper in medium microwaveable bowl.
  • Cover with waxed paper wna dmicrowave on high for 45-60 seconds.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Drizzle about 1/2 of mustard mixture over cereal and soss, using a large spoon until evenly coated.
  • Repeat with remaining mustard mixture.
  • Spread the coated cereal mixture in a single layer on the prepared jelly-roll pann.
  • Bake for 30-35 inutes, stiring halfway through, until evenly toasted.
  • Set the pan on a rack to cool to room temperature Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
