Ingredients
- 6 medium green bell peppers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
Method
- Cut tops from peppers.
- Remove seed and membrane.
- Combine salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, rice, egg, 3/4 cup soup, onion and ground beef in bowl; stir lightly.
- Pack each pepper with approximately 1/2 cup mixture.
- Place filled peppers in round microwave casserole; peppers should fit tightly in casserole. Pour remaining soup over filled peppers.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on High for 15 to 18 minutes.
