Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- bread crumbs
Method
- Thaw hash brown potatoes and mix all ingredients except the bread crumbs. Put in a 9 x 13 buttered baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
