Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. onion
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 c. Carnation milk
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Mix ground beef, onion, pepper and milk together.
- Cook rice and mix with ground beef.
- Take cooked cabbage, leaf by leaf, and roll with ground beef inside.
- Place into baking pan and pour tomato soup over.
- Bake at 350° to 400° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
