Ingredients
- garlic Bunch
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese grated for smooth texture or shredded for chunky texture
- garlic
- cheese
- olive oil bertolli
Method
- Cut top off Garlic Bunch
- Coat with Olive Oil
- Roast garlic on 350° for 45 minutes
- Cover bottom of small bowl with olive oil
- Squeeze garlic out of skin into bowl
- Add Cheese
- Press garlic with fork and combine all ingredients
- Add cheese and/or oil to form a spread consistency
