Ingredients
- 3 lb. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O gelatin
Method
- Cook rhubarb and sugar.
- Keep stirring as it tends to burn easily.
- Cook about 15 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
- Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
- This may be frozen or refrigerated.
- Very good on your morning toast.
