Ingredients
- 3 lb. yellow squash, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook squash until tender; drain.
- Mash squash and add remaining ingredients.
- Put mixture in ungreased 1-quart casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes at 400°.
