Ingredients
- 4 to 5 carrots
- 5 to 6 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
Method
- Spray crock-pot with Pam.
- Put a layer of carrots, a layer of potatoes, onions and cabbage until vegetables used up.
- Put uncooked ground round on top of vegetables.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over ground round.
- Cook on low for several hours.
