Ingredients
- 1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt (you may also use a flavored variety)
- 1/2 peach, with center pit remove, but with the skin left on
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 fresh mint sprig or 1/4 tsp. dried mint
- pinch of ground ginger (optional)
- 1 ice cube
Method
- Place all ingredients into blender and whip.
