Ingredients
- 1 firm green cabbage
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Shred the cabbage fine.
- Cook in as little water as possible until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Drain, then add the other ingredients; mix together.
- Heat thoroughly on low heat.
