Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. (2 c.) half and half
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 3 baskets strawberries
  • 1 jar or tub Marie's strawberry glaze

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Shape cookie dough into a ball in center of large pizza pan (round stone).
  • Using lightly floured roller, roll out dough to 12-inch circle, about 1/4-inch thick. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edge is set.
  • (Cookie will be soft.
  • Do not overbake.)
  • Cool 10 minutes.
  • Carefully loosen cookie from pan and cool completely.
  • In small bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended; set aside.
  • Pour half and half into large bowl; add pudding mix and whisk 2 minutes.
  • Let stand 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Combine cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture until well blended.
  • Spread pudding mixture over cooled cookie.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Combine cleaned strawberries and strawberry glaze in large bowl and refrigerate.
  • Spoon over the top of the pudding and serve.
