Ingredients
- 2 baked pie shells
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. strawberry jello
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. water
Method
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and jello.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Pour berries in crust.
- When mixture cools, pour over berries and refrigerate.
- Garnish with Cool Whip when serving.
