Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) strawberry Jell-O
- 1 qt. strawberries (about 1 lb.)
- baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
Method
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
- Add water.
- Cook until it boils and is clear and thickened.
- Remove from heat, let cool 10 minutes.
- Add Jell-O.
- Mix well.
- Pour over strawberries arranged in a crust.
- Chill several hours.
