Ingredients
- 4 to 6 medium tomatoes
- 2 to 3 green onions (stem) or 1 medium onion
- 1 lime or lemon or 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- salt
Method
- Wash and peel tomatoes.
- Cut into small trenches (do not drain juice).
- Wash and cut green onions (small pieces).
- Cut and squeeze lime (1/2 teaspoon).
- Put tomato trenches into medium size bowl.
- Add green onions, vegetable oil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Stir a couple of times.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes to one hour.
