Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
- 1 c. water
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pt. sliced strawberries
Method
- Mix flour, jello and sugar, then add water.
- Bring to a boil; continue cooking until mixture thickens.
- While mixture is cooling, bake pie shell.
- After shell is baked, put sliced strawberries into baked shell.
- Pour strawberry mixture over berries.
- Chill for about 3 hours before serving.
