- 32 oz. Classico pasta sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. plain yogurt
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Brown beef or turkey; drain.
- Add pasta sauce and mushrooms. Mix together cottage cheese and yogurt.
- Spread 1/2 meat sauce in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Layer each of noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella.
- Repeat once.
- Pour in water around side of pan. Cover tight with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake 15 minutes.
- Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
