Ingredients

  • 32 oz. Classico pasta sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. plain yogurt
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. water

Method

  • Brown beef or turkey; drain.
  • Add pasta sauce and mushrooms. Mix together cottage cheese and yogurt.
  • Spread 1/2 meat sauce in 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Layer each of noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella.
  • Repeat once.
  • Pour in water around side of pan. Cover tight with foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Remove foil and bake 15 minutes.
  • Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
