Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 pt. strawberries
- 1 small pkg. sugar-free jello
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 c. boiling water
Method
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Slice and layer into pie shell. Boil 1 cup water, then add the jello and cornstarch.
- Stir to dissolve completely.
- Let the jello mixture cool slightly, then pour over the strawberries.
- Place in the refrigerator; let the jello set.
- Cover the pie with Cool Whip.
