Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- pinch of salt
- 4 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. fresh strawberries
- Cool Whip
Method
- Cook first 4 ingredients until thick.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Jell-O; cool.
- Pour over fresh strawberries in cooked pie shell. Top with Cool Whip.
