Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) graham crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/3 c. ReaLemon juice (from concentrate)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- 1 pkg. prepared strawberry glaze, chilled
Method
- In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
- Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla.
- Pour into prepared crust; chill for 3 hours, or until set.
- Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze.
- Refrigerate leftovers. (Cool Whip instead of glaze is very good.)
