Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/3 c. ReaLemon juice (from concentrate)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 pkg. prepared strawberry glaze, chilled

Method

  • In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
  • Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla.
  • Pour into prepared crust; chill for 3 hours, or until set.
  • Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze.
  • Refrigerate leftovers. (Cool Whip instead of glaze is very good.)
