Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines pineapple supreme cake mix
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix cake as directed on box.
- Set aside.
- Take softened margarine and cover bottom and sides of Bundt cake pan.
- Place coconut in bottom of pan.
- Mix pineapple and juice with sugar. Pour in cake pan, then pour in cake mix.
- Bake in a 350° preheated oven.
- Let cake set in pan for 10 minutes to soak up juice before turning out.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
