Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines pineapple supreme cake mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

Method

  • Mix cake as directed on box.
  • Set aside.
  • Take softened margarine and cover bottom and sides of Bundt cake pan.
  • Place coconut in bottom of pan.
  • Mix pineapple and juice with sugar. Pour in cake pan, then pour in cake mix.
  • Bake in a 350° preheated oven.
  • Let cake set in pan for 10 minutes to soak up juice before turning out.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
