Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 whole Lemon Zest
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Method
- Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Alternatively, add oats to blender first and finely grind. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
