Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Mix jello with water.
- Add strawberries and juice, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts.
- Mix well.
- Place 1/2 in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Let stand.
- Cover with sour cream. Spread the rest of the jello mixture over sour cream.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Omit sour cream and use as a dessert.
