Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 2 small pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Method

  • Mix jello with water.
  • Add strawberries and juice, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts.
  • Mix well.
  • Place 1/2 in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  • Let stand.
  • Cover with sour cream. Spread the rest of the jello mixture over sour cream.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Omit sour cream and use as a dessert.
