Ingredients

  • 1 (510 g) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 package philadelphia brick cream cheese, softened
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 (725 ml) containercool whip strawberry whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F Press cookie dough firmly into greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended.
  • Stir in whipped topping; spread onto crust.
  • Top with strawberries.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Store leftover in refrigerator.
  • VARIATION: Prepare as directed, using store-bought prepared flan instead of the baked cookie crust.
  • JAZZ IT UP: Prepare as directed; drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Let stand until set.
