Ingredients
- 1 (510 g) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 package philadelphia brick cream cheese, softened
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 (725 ml) containercool whip strawberry whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F Press cookie dough firmly into greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended.
- Stir in whipped topping; spread onto crust.
- Top with strawberries.
- Serve immediately.
- Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Store leftover in refrigerator.
- VARIATION: Prepare as directed, using store-bought prepared flan instead of the baked cookie crust.
- JAZZ IT UP: Prepare as directed; drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Let stand until set.
