- 1 pkg. lasagna
- 2 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 (26 oz.) jars pasta sauce
Method
- Cook noodles and then cut in half.
- Prepare lasagna.
- Drain. In medium bowl blend Ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Stir in thawed and cooked spinach and 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
- Spread Ricotta mixture evenly on lasagna strips.
- Roll up each strip.
