Ingredients
- 700 grams Plain cooked rice
- 1 as stated on the packet Sushi vinegar
- 4 servings Assorted sashimi pack
- 1 Salmon roe preserved in soy sauce
- 1 Daikon radish sprouts
- 1 Nori (dried seaweed sheet)
Method
- Make the sushi rice.
- I used Top Valu sushi vinegar.
- Once the rice has cooled, use some cling film to shape into bite sized balls.
- With a clean sheet of cling film, wrap the topping and rice ball together and use it to shape the sushi into balls.
- Once shaped, serve them on a plate and decorate with salmon roe and radish sprouts.
