Ingredients

  • 700 grams Plain cooked rice
  • 1 as stated on the packet Sushi vinegar
  • 4 servings Assorted sashimi pack
  • 1 Salmon roe preserved in soy sauce
  • 1 Daikon radish sprouts
  • 1 Nori (dried seaweed sheet)

Method

  • Make the sushi rice.
  • I used Top Valu sushi vinegar.
  • Once the rice has cooled, use some cling film to shape into bite sized balls.
  • With a clean sheet of cling film, wrap the topping and rice ball together and use it to shape the sushi into balls.
  • Once shaped, serve them on a plate and decorate with salmon roe and radish sprouts.
