Ingredients
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. nonfat strawberry yogurt (sugar-free)
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and halved
- 1/4 c. orange juice
Method
- Freeze banana halves until firm.
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses.
- Yields 2 (8 ounce) glasses.
