Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow rice (Mahatma)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 or 2 cans Niblets corn
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Put butter in while hot, then add soup and corn.
- Cook in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Add cheese the last few minutes.
