Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. green peas, or cooked carrots, or corn, or combination of these
- potatoes
- sharp cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain well.
- Place in bottom of square casserole dish.
- Place vegetables on top.
- Cream potatoes and spread on top of vegetables.
- Top this with shredded sharp cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
