Ingredients
- 6 loin chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 red pepper small, strips
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 glass white wine
- salt to taste
Method
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil, and cover for 2 to 3 minutes. Uncover, turn over the chops, and simmer for 2 minutes or more.
- Sprinkle on top, the garlic, onion, and pepper.
- Season with salt, and add the mustard, spreading over the onion.
- Cover, and cook on low heat.
- After about 10 minutes, mix every thing well, and sprinkle with white wine.
- Simmer uncovered another 2 or 3 minutes.
- Serve with white rice.
