Ingredients

  • 6 loin chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper small, strips
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 glass white wine
  • salt to taste

Method

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil, and cover for 2 to 3 minutes. Uncover, turn over the chops, and simmer for 2 minutes or more.
  • Sprinkle on top, the garlic, onion, and pepper.
  • Season with salt, and add the mustard, spreading over the onion.
  • Cover, and cook on low heat.
  • After about 10 minutes, mix every thing well, and sprinkle with white wine.
  • Simmer uncovered another 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Serve with white rice.
