Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 1/2 c. frozen lima beans
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. chicken or turkey broth
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in 3-quart Dutch oven; heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat; simmer 1 hour or until thick, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
