Ingredients
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 sticks oleo or butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter over very low heat in pan large enough to hold all ingredients.
- Add ingredients in order listed, dry ingredients, eggs, vanilla and nuts, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour into well buttered 10-inch pie dish.
- Bake 350° for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting.
- Serves 6.
