Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken pieces
- 1 lb. carrots
- 2 bunches broccoli
- salt (optional)
- pepper
- 2 sticks butter
Method
- Saute chicken in butter with salt and pepper. When chicken is done, add broccoli and carrots. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice or noodles.
