Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 12 lbs large shrimp (shelled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • lemon wedge, as needed

Method

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  • Add the shrimp and stir fry quickly until beginning to turn pink, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Toss in butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Continue to cook, stirring constantly for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with lemon and serve.
