Ingredients
- 1 package (0.9 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cups Water
- 2 whole Medium Tomatillos, Husked And Chopped
- 1/2 cups Packed Cilantro Leaves, Roughly Chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Small Jalapeno, Seeded And Finely Diced
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice
Method
- Add all ingredients to your food processor blender and pulse 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Chill at least 1 hour before use and store in fridge in airtight container.
