Ingredients
- 4 green peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 c. oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or sliced
- 3 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook peppers in oil in a skillet over medium heat, stirring often, about 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Add garlic and cook another minute.
- Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 15 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring often.
