Ingredients

  • 1 portion Chicken (breasts, tenders, or thigh meat)
  • 1 bunch Komatsuna
  • 2 tsp Sake
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Method

  • Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces on the diagonal.
  • Season with the sake and salt.
  • Then rub in the katakuriko and vegetable oil.
  • Parboil the komatsuna, and cut into 3-4 cm lengths.
  • Stir-fry the Step 1 chicken.
  • When the surface is browned, sprinkle with a dash of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sake.
  • Cover with a lid, and steam-fry.
  • When the chicken is cooked through, add the curry powder and mayonnaise, and mix.
  • Add the komatsuna at the end, briefly mix, and you're done.
