Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 small onion, cut in thin slices
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 c. broccoli
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- In a large skillet (or wok), heat corn oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Stir-fry for about 1/2 minute.
- Add broccoli, mushrooms, salt and pepper; stir-fry for about 5 minutes or so or until tender and crispy.
- May add sliced or diced green bell peppers, if desired.
