- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower, frozen
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, frozen
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. carrot, sliced
- 2 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Cook onions, celery and carrots in chicken broth until almost done.
- Add potatoes, then cauliflower, broccoli, soups and Velveeta.
- Cook until cheese is melted.
