Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
  • 1 lb baby bok choy
  • 14 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Add oil.
  • Add ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add bok choy and stir fry for 1 minutes or until beginning to wilt.
  • Add chicken stock and soy sauce to pan.
  • Cover, turn heat to low and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until bok choy is tender with a little bite to it.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
