- 1 Tbls. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 lbs. boneless round steak
- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can of water
- 1 envelope onion or onion/mushroom soup
- 9 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
Method
- Mix flour, garlic powder, and pepper in slow cooker.
- Trim beef and cut into 1 inch strips.
- Add to flour mixture.
- Toss to coat well.
- Add mushroom soup, water and soup mix.
- Mix well.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-3 1/2 hours.
- Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.
- Cook on high for 15-20 minutes, or until heated. Serve over rice or noodles.
