Ingredients

  • 1 Tbls. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/4 lbs. boneless round steak
  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can of water
  • 1 envelope onion or onion/mushroom soup
  • 9 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

Method

  • Mix flour, garlic powder, and pepper in slow cooker.
  • Trim beef and cut into 1 inch strips.
  • Add to flour mixture.
  • Toss to coat well.
  • Add mushroom soup, water and soup mix.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-3 1/2 hours.
  • Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.
  • Cook on high for 15-20 minutes, or until heated. Serve over rice or noodles.
