Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained (may use fresh seafood chunks)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- In bowl, blend all ingredients.
- Cover; chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
