Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Stew Meat (Pre-Cut)
  • 1 bag of Salad Shrimp
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Lemon Juice
  • Beef Tenderizer and/or Seasoning
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Spanish Lettuce
  • Creamy Caesar Dressing

Method

  • Season and marinade stew meat with the Worcestershire, soy, and beef tenderizer. Let sit over the course of an afternoon to gather full flavor.
  • Marindade shrimp in Worcestershire and Soy seperate from stew meat for the same amount of time as the meat.
  • Brown stew meat and drain excess juices, place in a bowl and chill for 15-30 minutes.
  • Heat shrimp with a little lemon juice or to taste, cook for 10-15 minutes, Drain any excess juices and chill for 15-30 minutes.
  • Arrange the salad and evenly distribute steak and shrimp throughout the salad. Top off with Creamy Caesar Dressing and Croutons and Enjoy!!!
