- 2 lbs Stew Meat (Pre-Cut)
- 1 bag of Salad Shrimp
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Lemon Juice
- Beef Tenderizer and/or Seasoning
- Romaine Lettuce
- Spanish Lettuce
- Creamy Caesar Dressing
Method
- Season and marinade stew meat with the Worcestershire, soy, and beef tenderizer. Let sit over the course of an afternoon to gather full flavor.
- Marindade shrimp in Worcestershire and Soy seperate from stew meat for the same amount of time as the meat.
- Brown stew meat and drain excess juices, place in a bowl and chill for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat shrimp with a little lemon juice or to taste, cook for 10-15 minutes, Drain any excess juices and chill for 15-30 minutes.
- Arrange the salad and evenly distribute steak and shrimp throughout the salad. Top off with Creamy Caesar Dressing and Croutons and Enjoy!!!
