Ingredients
- (Crust)
- 1/2 lb. Butter
- 1/2 lb. Shortening
- 1 lb. Cream Cheese
- 4 C. All Purpose Flour
- (Filing)
- 2 lb. Dried Apricots boiled to soft & blended
- (Frostng)
- 1 lb. Confectiones Sugar & Water to heavt consistency
Method
- Blend Butter, Shortening, Cream Cheese & Flour together like pie crust.
- Boil Apricots to soft blend together in food processor to thick consistency add a little of the cooking water as need.
- Roll out th dough cut with a 3 in. biscuit cutter. Fill each circle with apprximately 2 tsp. apricot filling fold in half & seal with a fork.
- Bake 350 oven 15 minutes or until brown frost while hot.
