Ingredients

  • (Crust)
  • 1/2 lb. Butter
  • 1/2 lb. Shortening
  • 1 lb. Cream Cheese
  • 4 C. All Purpose Flour
  • (Filing)
  • 2 lb. Dried Apricots boiled to soft & blended
  • (Frostng)
  • 1 lb. Confectiones Sugar & Water to heavt consistency

Method

  • Blend Butter, Shortening, Cream Cheese & Flour together like pie crust.
  • Boil Apricots to soft blend together in food processor to thick consistency add a little of the cooking water as need.
  • Roll out th dough cut with a 3 in. biscuit cutter. Fill each circle with apprximately 2 tsp. apricot filling fold in half & seal with a fork.
  • Bake 350 oven 15 minutes or until brown frost while hot.
